Shipping policy

All items are shipped by Tracked Courier with Signed For service.

The courier will provide you with a Tracking Number by SMS/Text and Email once the item has been collected from our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE: The policy of Royal Mail and ParcelForce is to leave items in a Safe Place if they cannot deliver it to you personally. To mitigate against the risk of lost or undelivered parcels, you are required to nominate a Safe Place using the Royal Mail app, following the instructions at https://www.royalmail.com/receiving/change-your-delivery-options
